The V-Care Beam Seating range features curved, ergonomically pronounced seats, which wrap around the body of their occupant, while the fabric-like structure of the surface provides a soft touch feel and removes the need to add upholstery. The V-Care series includes both chairs and benches. The consistent seat shell design unifies the collection, providing a cohesive aesthetic across various settings. V-Care is made of polyurethane which absorbs body temperature, boosting the seating comfort. Additionally, the unique structure of the surface prevents from slipping down from the seat. The seat shell has a unique anti-bacterial PU surface with silver ions, which reduces the growth of bacteria. It is not only easy to clean, but also safe to disinfect. Particularly stringent hygiene safety requirements apply in hospitals, doctors’ surgeries, retirement and nursing homes. The V-Care excels in meeting these requirements. An expression of inclusive design is thinking about people with reduced mobility in any space, including public spaces, such as airport terminals, railway stations or hospitals. The result is the design of the V-Care bench in the PRM version. These models provide the option of ordering a raised seat in one of the positions along the beam.
The V-Care Beams can be configured to meet your needs and fit the space available. Choose from a two, three or four position beam. These can be with or without arms, and if arms are needed they can be placed at each end (external) of the beam or also between each seat (external and internal). If tables are required, these can be positioned at each end of the beam (external), or you can swap out one seat and replace it with a larger table along the beam (internal). For the feet of the frames, the glides options include different types of floor-mounted types for areas where you want to fasten the beams to the ground.
