Payment & Ordering

The quickest and easiest way is to order online through the shop and go through the secure checkout. Alternatively we can email through detailed quotations with everything itemised. This can be helpful to take to meetings or for approval. A quotation can then be confirmed back by email, post or in person at our showroom.

If you are a Government run organisation Rosehill accept official purchase orders. If we aren’t already set up as a supplier on your system email the forms through to sales@rosehill.co.uk and we will complete and return within 1 working day.

The fastest form of payment for your order to be processed is BACS (bank transfer). We will provide you with our bank details on your order confirmation. If you go through the checkout there is the option to pay securely online by credit or debit card. We can also accept cheques which should be made payable to Rosehill Furnishings Group Ltd. You can also pay over the phone by card.

Any discounts should be applied prior to confirming your order and will not be applied retrospectively. All pricing on the website should be up to date, but changes are at the discretion of Rosehill management.

At Rosehill, we strive to keep our prices competitive while offering excellent value for money, balancing the quality and durability of our products with their cost. Our website is kept up to date with current pricing. If you require an official quotation, please email our office and we can prepare and return this to you promptly.

When requesting a quotation, please ensure you provide all the necessary information, including:

• Product model
• Quantity required
• All finishes and/or optional extras
• Full delivery address
• Invoice address, if different from the delivery address

Providing these details will help us prepare an accurate quotation without delay.

Save More When You Buy More

Take advantage of our volume discounts on selected products. We offer a Bulk Purchase Discount Structure, with discounts increasing on a sliding scale across many of our chairs, tables and other furniture items. We also offer package deals, which include chairs or tables together with the appropriate trolley.

Please check the individual product page for details of the discounts available on each item. Simply add the products you need to your basket, and the applicable discount will be automatically applied, with your total calculated for you.
