Rosehill offer free delivery* on orders over £950 before VAT for customers with a UK mainland shipping address. Furniture orders under that value are subject to a £60 delivery charge. For loose fabric the standard charge is £29.95 per order and for components £14.95. All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. On smaller orders you can avoid these charges by collecting from the Rosehill offices in Cheshire.
Most of our made to order products are manufactured on lead times ranging from 2 to 8 weeks from the date of order. Standard lead times are listed on each individual product pages, with stock items available more quickly. Some café and office products for example, are available on next day delivery. If you need your delivery to be timed around refurbishments or building works please let us know when placing your order and we will try to facilitate your requirements where possible. If there are any delays with production you should be notified by our customer services department.
*Any order placed online without a valid UK Mainland delivery address will be subject to an additional shipping charge. Surcharges may apply on some products for delivery north of Edinburgh in Scotland. There also may be additional delivery costs for orders that are over £950, but include numerous small quantities of items from different factories.

With your order please advise us of any restrictions or circumstances that may affect delivery i.e. poor access for large vehicles. Please note the date specified on your order acknowledgement is an estimate only. You will receive a telephone call with an accurate date once your order is ready for delivery.

When you receive your order please check it thoroughly. If there are any problems or queries please direct them to our customer services department on 0161 485 1717. If any of the goods are incorrect or have been damaged during transit we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery with photographic evidence where possible. Please refer to each individual product page for guarantees. These will be listed in the Technical Specification tab. Any additional testing should be on the page or you can request data sheets from our sales team. The products Rosehill sell are manufactured for contract use, as opposed to domestic furniture which requires much lower testing. Any upholstery will be subject to the fabric manufacturers warranty which may differ to the product guarantee.
