The Lotus Seating Range from Origin integrates functionality, ergonomics and form into a family of products suitable for a mixture of uses in the education and hospitality sectors. Representing a body of scientific research into active dynamic seating the Lotus shell offers a shape which provides both flexibility and 360° sitting positions, supporting users movements in all directions. The chairs are also lightweight and easy to move with the hand hole in the back. The shells are also very durable and easy to clean for a low maintenance model.

Here we show the Lotus Task Chairs & Task Stools (with the four leg and cantilever models over here). The swivel task bases are great for ICT areas, computer labs or student bedrooms. The chairs are finishes with castors, for easy movement. The task stool variation has a foot-ring for support and is finished with glides on the swivel base as standard (castors on request). The chairs are designed and manufactured in the UK and are compliant to EN 1729:2006 Parts 1 & 2 (ergonomics and strength).
